These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the New World Normal website and services provided by Debbie Harrell ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

New World Normal provides coaching services, courses, and digital products. Services are described in detail on our Site and may vary over time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by New World Normal are the intellectual property of Debbie Harrell and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express permission.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the pricing described on our Site. Due to the nature of digital downloads, most offers are non-refundable. Programs longer than 30 days are eligible for a full refund within 7 days. Refunds for 1:1 coaching packages are available for unused portions up to 30 days after the first session. Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 7-day notice by email or through the member portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results from our services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site or interfere with its operation.
