Our coaching workbooks, workshops, courses, programs, memberships and all guest workshops... offer tools, strategies, and guidance for personal development. They do not replace therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial counseling.

5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

Payments: Payments for services must be made in accordance with the pricing described on our Site.

When you purchase a course, membership, coaching package, or digital product, you agree to provide valid payment information. Payment plans must be completed in full. We may remove access for non-payment.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, most offers are non-refundable. Programs longer than 30 days are eligible for a full refund within 5 days. Refunds for 1:1 coaching packages are available for unused portions up to 7 days after the first session. Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 7-day notice by email or through the member portal.
